Only in India can one find a shop called ‘Janata FOOTWEAR’ (mind the word in caps lock) BUT has nothing to do with FOOTWEAR at all.

Instead it sells and repairs BAGS !

The shop (with its name) is bang opposite my house and has been there since I was 6. And so has the old chacha(uncle) who has probably by now repaired the zip of every school bag I have ever had.. and continues to do so!
